Return & Replacement Policy (Defective Items Only)

At Urban Halo, each item is made-to-order with care and intention. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

 Eligible for Replacement

We only replace items if they arrive:

  • Defective or damaged
  • Misprinted or incorrect
  • Faulty due to production error

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photo evidence of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
